Great room. Great grounds. Kids loved the pool area has it had a deep end. Staff was quick to respond with one issue and for that we will be back. Covered parking was a plus. 2nd time staying there and would highly recommend.

The area:
The general area of the condo was a fun place to visit. Plenty of stores within walking distance (just across the street). More than ample restaurants from which to choose. If you are heading to Siesta Key Village, take advantage of the trolley cars. No charge, but suggested tip the driver. Otherwise, it is a short drive north, but you will have to pay for parking ($8/hour) as there are few free spaces.

The condo:
Condo was clean but décor was outdated. Plenty of space in both bedrooms. Lanai faced the Gulf with beautiful views. The pool was in close proximity to this building. There was only one toilet paper roll provided per bathroom; only one dishwashing detergent; one kitchen garbage bag; one laundry detergent. No hand soaps or even inexpensive shampoos/conditioners provided. Only one hair blow dryer. It has been our experience that most rentals provide more toiletries (even inexpensive brands). Sufficient amount of linens and beach towels and noodles.
Weather was near perfect. The pool was one of the best I have used in a rental. Beach was private with outstanding views.

Our rental was clean and was okay for what we needed. We don't come there to spend time in the condo. It had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is there was mold on the ceiling vent that gave us some allergy type reactions. We have stayed at Breakers several times over the years and will continue to stay there. Great location and always friendly in the office.

This was a wonderful location. Good places to eat within walking distance. Shopping. Beach was beautiful and could walk for miles. Could walk to Siesta Beach for the Drum Show or take a Trolley or Frog Hop. Condo was very nice. Had all new appliances. Towels for the beach. Also chairs for everyone who stayed their with no charge. Nice area at the pool. No hot tub. Night life within walking distance. Would stay their again.

Unit 614 furniture is aging, pillows are marginal to poor, anything with a plastic component is aging (yellowed), need HDTVs (blurry TV graphics), need complete directions on how to use a complex TV setup. Only two washcloths, one threadbare! Need room darkening shades/blinds/curtains!!! Replace aging carpet. Repair divots in the wall of master bedroom caused by recliner. Need screen on balcony.

The management team was very responsive during our interactions, Mike was superb at addressing short-turnaround maintenance items. Overall property is in good condition, beach view is nice!

In summary, we recommend Siesta Breakers as a complex; do not choose Unit 614!

We mostly enjoyed the beach during our two weeks, rented a cabana from Sammy's Beach Bums--John took great care of us! We did visit Marie Selby Botanical Garden in Sarasota and spent an evening on St. Armand's Key. We visited the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg-highly recommend! To enjoy the complete experience, you need a fairly new smartphone, fully charged.
There are many dining choices, some within walking distance, others just a few miles away.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks in a great location. However, the unit we stayed in definitely is in need of updating. We had some issues which were rectified by the property manager. These issues would not have happened if the owner did some serious updating in the kitchen, master bedroom and lanai. Overall, we did not let this spoil our vacation. We would definitely stay here again, but just not in the same unit unless it gets updated. We also noticed that their is no maintenance of the pool. This is not very sanitary in our opinion.
