One week minimum rentals

Standard booking is Saturday to Saturday -  Contact office for exceptions to allow weekday arrivals and departures (but not Sundays) in the off season

At least one member of party must be at least 25 years old

Check in time is 4 p.m.    Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

A refundable security deposit of $800 is required at time of booking. This will be refunded 60 days after check out.

Standard occupancy is 4 persons for 2 bedroom and 5 persons for 2 ½ bedroom.   Add $100 per week for each additional person over standard occupancy.  Group size must not exceed unit maximum occupancy

Add $100 per reservation for security personnel during certain peak times of year (e.g. Easter)

Cancellations made greater than 90 days prior to arrival date will allow renter to receive refund of all rental payments and security deposit back minus 15% of security deposit as a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days of arrival will forfeit security deposit and payments (unless unit gets re-rented that week which results in refund of payment (and security deposit less 15% processing fee)). 

Rentals are subject to 13% Florida state and local taxes

Cleaning fee is $150 for two bedroom, $200 for two and a half bedrooms, $250 for penthouse

No pets allowed anywhere on property

No RV's, boats, trailers or motorcycles

No Smoking in units
