While we didn’t rent this condo specifically, Siesta Breakers’ outstanding staff offered us this unit when our original condo became uninhabitable due to construction.
This unit is spacious and offers a view of the pool as well as the gulf. It was quiet and the neighbors and nearby guests were extremely friendly.
We appreciated the convenience of the covered parking directly across from the elevators which were only a short distance to the unit.

We love Siesta Breakers. We started coming when a friend let us borrow his condo here about 35 years ago, & we’ve never stayed anywhere else. We love the location (mainly because it’s away from the majority of traffic), & it’s still easy to get to restaurants, activity rentals, & ice cream! The property is always clean, & management & maintenance & helpful & quick to respond.

Furnishings were old, dirty and worn out. Floor was sandy and dirty and we had to wear flip flops in the condo or our feet were black. Kitchen was not well- appointed. No wifi code was provided at Saturday check-in and televisions weren't working. Went on Monday to the office when it opened to get help. For a 2.5 bedroom condo we were provided three (3) washcloths. Master bedroom miniblinds broken and couldn't be opened. Ice maker didn't work. Bathtub drain backed up during showers. This is our 3rd or 4th time at Siesta Breakers and it is a lovely, well-kept resort. This condo looks like the owners gave up and just collect the payments now.
