Siesta Breakers is our only choice for our Siesta Key vacations. We have stayed there since 1990. It has always been excellently maintained and upgraded. It is the perfect location for access to the south village and the mainland. And the beach is great. They are working to repair all the damage from the fall2024 hurricanes

We have been coming to Siesta key for over 30 years. This condominium unit is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and practical. The view is one of the best in the building. The location is excellent in that. It is across the street from dining and shopping while it is also directly on beautiful Crescent beach. It is right over one of the bridges so easy access to Sarasota and Saint Armand’s Circle. Also just over a mile from Siesta Village. Overall, everything about this condo makes it a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

We have been coming to the Breakers for many, many years. Each visit is handled beautifully and efficiently by their staff. From reservations, to maintenance it is a top-notch team. While they are still
recovering from the hurricanes, we appreciated the work done to date and still enjoyed our visit and we look forward to seeing everyone next year!

We've stayed at the Breakers many times for years. It's a nicely kept, comfortable beachfront property, with a large pool area, tennis/pickleball courts and grills, located on Crescent Beach across from numerous shops and restaurants. The building is constructed so that every unit has a nice view with at least some beach visible. The common areas are clean and the landscaping is beautiful. The only negative comments would be that the units are not always as clean as I would like. Last year I had to wash the master bedroom duvet cover and this year the bathroom throw rugs--all pretty gross. Sometimes the office staff isn't too friendly--depends on who's there. Also I've been trying to get them to spell my first name correctly for about 18 years now. They still can't get it and it's not a hard name.

We have been to Siesta Key 5 or 6 times in the last 10 years or so. This was our first time at Siesta Breakers and we loved it!! Everything was absolutely perfect....the location, the cleanliness, and the sunset view from the balcony. We will be back.

Our stay at Siesta Breakers untit #218 was phenomenal! great location for this top notch facility. The staff and office members are great. The view from #218 is awsome. Love this place!
