Great place to stay

We had a great stay, the unit is nicely furnished, clean and spacious. Parking space right in front of the unit. Kitchen well equipped. Property complex is great, looks very nice and accessible to local eats and the beach. We've been staying at the breakers for few years now (different units), always a good memory.

Rental 207 Spring Break 2026

We had a really lovely stay and the front office was extremely accommodating moving us into a different unit due to the construction. We have been to Breakers many times and I was there last January after the hurricaine. I was impressed with how much landscaping had gone in and it was almost back to the way I've always remembered it. Our unit was clean, had tons of clean towels, and was perfect for our family of 5. My only complaint would be there was some sort of glade plug in that upon arrival was so overwhelming and gave us an instant headache. I immediately unplugged it and it took days for the scent to leave the air. I would avoid using those because some guests are sensitive to smells.
