Clean,updated and well equipped condo!

Overall we enjoyed our time at Siesta Breakers. Our condo location was great, and easy to access. The condo itself was clean and "bright", and I loved that we had a reserved covered parking space. We were with a larger group, so our party was in four separate units and though our condo had the necessities, the other condos had "extras" left with them, such as beach tents, floats, beach "toys" chairs, etc. The half bedroom does not have a vent/register in this unit, so that room was very hot and stuffy. Minor repairs needed for the unit, such as blind panels missing, or the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator is broken.
Regarding the property, the property could use some updating, and maintenance, but great access to the beach, the pool was not overcrowded, and the grills available were perfect!

Our overall stay was great;been staying at Breakers for 20 years, since ‘04. Unit 206 was great; sturdy, supportive furniture-much appreciated. Loved updates. Appreciated no carpeting in unit; better to contain sand. Water pressure low in kitchen. New beach chairs wonderful; renting of tents A+.”

Plenty of space, kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/dinnerware/etc. Love the new furniture (was older last year when we stayed in same unit). More than enough beach towels. Kitchen is updated and beautiful. Dinner table seats 6 and additional seating at kitchen island which is great for our family of 5.
My only critique of the unit was cleanliness. The tile floors need a deep cleaning as well as the tile in the showers. My family's feet were black within an hour of walking around in the unit on the first day. I mopped the floors myself and it helped a little, but it is clear that they need a deep cleaning.
As for the complex itself, it is very large and well landscaped. There was construction on the roofs going on during our stay which would have been nice to be aware of. I pulled garbage out of the pool on 3 separate occasions and my kids were picking up screws on the ground during our stay.

We had a wonderful time, despite the oven not working, everything else was amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean, perfect location. Looking forward to booking there again!

Rented 2nd floor condo. Decor was simple, mostly updated and floor was tile throughout. The "1/2 bedroom" was *very* warm and does not have a/c vents so be prepared. There were a few things that could have been cleaned a little better such as the front loader washing machine smelled moldy and the floor was pretty sandy when we checked in.
This location is right next to the public access pathway and we did experience some overcrowding.
Overall the grounds were very clean and kept up nicely.

Our rental was very nice and very clean! It is in such a convenient location being directly on the beach and across the street from Captain Kurt’s and some small stores. The water rivals the Caribbean; very clear with no fish swimming nearby. We rented two units for 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Our unit, 406, was extremely well equipped which we appreciated. There is a gulf view from the screened porch. The pool is salt water and also very nice.
I would definitely recommend this condo
